The process of designing, planning, and building a landscape and its components differs significantly with each project and client. The first step in this process is, of course, to give us a call. Here is how it typically follows from there:

1) Your call is received by myself (Francisco J. Gomes). Or your message is returned promptly.

2) We discuss your work on the phone and schedule an estimate or design consultation.

3) If you have a large project that requires a high level of design, we will inititiate the design process.

4) If you have a relatively small project, we will agree upon the design and explore your choices of materials at the first meeting. Measurements will be taken and a cost estimate will be generated.

5) If the cost estimate fits the budget, we will proceed by submitting a written proposal of work to the client.

6) The client signs and returns the proposal and includes any deposit specified. This becomes the work contract.

7) The work is scheduled. We remind our clients that weather, availability of materials, and several other factors affect our schedule. We do our best to stay on schedule and service our clients within two weeks of the anticipated start date.

8) You will recieve a phone call in advance of our start confirming the start date. We normally work between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

9) We complete our work in a timely manner and appreciate prompt payment for our services.

10) Although our work may be complete, please keep in touch and feel free to give us a call with any questions or concerns.
